Step 1: For the recipe, I am adding 1 tbsp of curd. Here in this recipe, I am using slim curd. Curd has a high amount of Calcium, and it boosts metabolism.
Step 2: Now, I am adding a pinch of black pepper powder. It increases metabolism and burns calories.
Step 3: Now, I am adding the main ingredients, a 1/2 cup of diced cucumber and 1/4 cup of diced Onion., these are a good source of soluble fiber.
Step 4: Now, I am adding 1 tsp of Olive oil and give it a good mix; Olive Oil is packed with fatty acids, and it keeps our heart healthy and stable your blood sugar level and helps to lose weight.
Step 5: Finally, I am adding seeds like Watermelon seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Flax Seeds, and Sunflower seeds for getting micronutrients.
