Chicken Popcorn or Popcorn Chicken is a very popular recipe in the KFC. A lot of people loves the Crispy, Crunchy, Delicious snack. It’s one of their most ordered recipes and best to serve it hot with Mayonnaise, Tomato Ketchup or  Schezwan Sauce.

Method to Prepare Popcorn Chicken:

Ingredients

For Marination: 

Diced Chicken:  1 Bowl (300 to 400 gm)
Curd: 1 Cup
Chilli Powder: 1 tsp.
Salt: 1 tsp.
Black Pepper: 1 tsp.
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tsp.

For Flour Coat Mix:

Maida: 1/2 cup (All-Purpose Flour)
Corn Flour: 1/2 cup.
Chilli Powder: 1 tsp.
Salt: 1 tsp.

For Frying:

Oil in a pan to fry.



Cooking Method:

Take 1 Bowl (300 to 400 gm) of Diced chicken in a bowl. Add one cup curd into it. Then add 1 tsp of Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp  Black Pepper and 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste and mix well and keep it in a refrigerator for 30 Minute to Marinate.

Take a bowl and mix 1/2 cup of Maida (All Purpose Flour), 1/2 Cup of Corn Flour, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp of Chilli Powder and then mix well. After 30 minutes, take the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and coat the flour well.

Now take a pan and heat some oil to fry the marinated chicken. Once the chicken is golden brown, take out from the pan and serve hot with Mayonnaise, Tomato Ketchup or  Schezwan Sauce.
