Ingredients
½ Cup of Oats Handful of peanuts 1 glass of milk 2 Bananas ¼ th cup of plain yoghurt 2-3 dates without seed 1 tsp Cinnamon powder 2 tbsp Peanut butter 1tsp HoneyStep 1: Heat a pan and add ½ Cup Oats and roast until the aroma comes from oats. Keep it aside to cool down.
Step 2: Roast a handful of peanuts in the pan and keep it aside to cool down.
Step 3: Take a blender and add 1 glass of milk in the jar. You can add almond milk or soya milk as per your preferences.
Step 4: Add 2 Sliced Bananas into the milk. Now add roasted oats, 1/4th cup plain yoghurt. Add 2-3 dates without seed,1 tsp Cinnamon powder, 2 tbsp Peanut butter. Step 5: Blend and Serve into a glass. Garnish with 1 tsp of Honey and some roasted peanuts. Our Healthy and tasty homemade Banana Oats Smoothie or Banana Oatmeal and Milk Smoothie is ready.
